Rown Place comes fully equipped with all of the amenities you need to feel at home. We have a full-service fitness center and clubhouse. Our club house area comes with a seating area and free wifi for all of our tenants to enjoy! In your apartment you will find a microwave, patio or balcony, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer.

Yes! Our parking is open to you and your guests. We have an open parking lot and spots are first come first serve.

There are two fees associated with having pets, includiinf a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, per pet, plus a $50 monthly pet rental fee, per pet, that will be added to your monthly rent.

Rowen Place does not have its own dog park within our community. However North Street Dog Park is a short 4 miles away from our location and no membership it required!

Yes do we offer short term leases! These leases can be for 3-6 months. Contact us for more details!

Rowen Place sits within the South Western School District, which includes Baresville, Manheim, Park Hills and West Manheim elementary schools, Emory H Markle Middle School and South Western High School. Go Mustangs!

Yes! We offer fully furnished units to our residents for an additional monthly cost.
